You can Sign-up a ARRIIVAL ANGEL account. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Order or Job are place order by HQ & customers. Therefore any updated order will show out on Angel Rider App for you to grab the job.

When you press the *grab order* button, the booking will show to you the details name & contact number of the client beside that you need to contact. Just click the Phone symbol and contact client as well.

Click  *forget password* in the ARRIIVAL Angle Rider app and get the verification code will be sent to your phone number to reset the password.

After I grab the order
Inside the Angel APP it will show address sender & receiver. Therefore you can follow the direction from Angel App

After complete your order, click *Completed Order* and request the OTP code from receiver.

Yes. Angel Rider can withdrawals they amount from Angel app within weekly or monthly. Please contact our support team for more detail & assist.

Agents are highly encouraged to call senders/receivers before pickup and delivery to check if they are at home to avoid making a wasted trip. If the parcel cannot be delivered within the stated time/date because of receiver, please arrange to make redelivery within the next 3 days. Do not leave the parcel at the door without consent from the receiver. If you are advised to leave the parcel at the door, please ask for an SMS as proof and also take a photo of where you have left it.

Please do not make changes of the detail with the customer, it will cause inconvenience to the customer. If you cannot do the job within the time, please do not accept the delivery request

For the items lost, you need to inform HQ and the customer immediately. Those compensation will be borne by the agents as who are responsible to delivery of the parcels.
