We can transport all types of goods, from documents  to fresh food or commercial goods. Please visit our website to get a list of suggested Arriival-able to delivery.

You can sign-up a corporate account. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Arriival delivery price are the most affordable in the town. Please visit our pricing page for full breakdown of the costs.

-You can choose to either pay by cash or throught your balance in ARRIIVAL APP.
-You may inform the driver to collect delivery fees from the recipient or sender in the notes before confirming your order.

Arriival’s App is 27/7! You can submit the delivery request anytime through our app. Our customer service is open from 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri), 9am-4pm(Saturday). You may make bookings on Sundays and public holidays but please note our customer service will be closed and we can attend to you only at the next working day..

Monday – Friday = 12pm cut off time.
Saturday = 10am Cut Off.
Sunday = Off.

Arriival was coverage whole West & East Malaysia.

For INSTANT DELIVERY & MULTIPLE-STOP DELIVERY can send to multiple address in single order.
For DOMESTIC DELIVERY & MULTIPLE-STOP DELIVERY. It can process to multiple-stop delivery, but make sure that one parcel just only can attach one waybill only. Please attach each waybill for each parcel

You will received an e-mail notification along with the tracking number. Therefor you can view the status on our webpage at https://arriival.com/arriival-domestic-tracking/ for the latest status of manage deliveries.

Once a delivery agent has accepted your job , no cancellation are allowed.

    Once a delivery agent has accepted your job , no cancellation are allowed .
