What is On-Demand Delivery?

On-demand delivery service is typically used when the need is urgent, scheduled or required special care & user had greater control over their time and schedule. Therefore your Delivery orders have to be handled immediately. On-demand delivery services generally execute orders one at a time, it is pretty similar to Internet taxis in terms of processes, for that reason we only able to service the orders within the same city.

We offer 3 methods of On-Demand services:- Instant, Same Day & Multi-stop in order to satisfy different delivery needs. Our On-demand delivery is currently only available in Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bharu & Penang. Other cities will be available soon.

On-demand delivery is generally preferred over other delivery methods in the following situations:

  • When a shipment needs to be dispatched or received urgently

  • The consignment includes food, medication, or other products that must be delivered hot, frozen, or quickly.

  • When the shipment is time-sensitive and requires the services of a dedicated courier.

  • When the shipment’s security is critical, you want it to be delivered straight to the intended recipient.

  • The shipment needs to be handled with care & most of the time is fragile.
